We always try our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Generally, this takes between 7-10 business days, plus shipping.

• What is gang sheet option?

Gang sheets allow you to place as many different images as you would like onto one sheet. When preparing your artwork for a gang sheet, set your art board/canvas size to the dimension of the sheet you select and arrange your designs within that space at the exact size you would like it to print. Save your gang sheet as one file. Your gang sheet will be shipped exactly as you arranged it in your file. We recommend that you leave a quarter inch between your graphics so you can cut them apart when you receive them. Gang sheets do not have a setup fee and have price breaks based on the size of the sheet, number of colors, and quantities.

• How long can my transfers be kept for?

As long as it is stored in a cool and dry place, these transfer papers can be kept for years.

• Do you use environmental friendly inks?

All of our inks are non-toxic and safe for general wear use. In addition, our range of Water Based inks are graded as environmentally friendly and are very safe for kids and baby’s wear.

• Do you offer graphic design service?

We have an in house graphic designer who specialises in artwork adjustments, colour separations, or starting a design from scratch. Please contact us directly with your requirements to find out more.
